The Michigan Supreme Court has upheld Glenn Terrance Williams’ conviction of a 2006 armed robbery of a Roosevelt Park tobacco store, appealed by Williams on the basis that he didn’t commit robbery because he didn’t successfully take anything.

JOLIET — The city plans to license tobacco retailers, a policy that is commonplace in the Chicago area.
